Greg Suazo, President

Greg Suazo is President and founder of Reagan Madison, a consulting firm providing expert services and solutions in the accounting & finance, pharmaceutical, CRO, and construction industries. 

Greg is responsible for coordination of all corporate alliances, business development and strategic planning for the firm. With an education in Anatomy and Physiology from Florida State University, he is able to be a true business partner who listens and then delivers the highest quality consultant and full time employees for his clients. Greg manages client and candidate relations in Reagan Madison's clinical and Pharma consulting practice.

A former Florida State Football and Baseball player, Greg remains active in coaching at summer camps and special events. As a native of Dominican Republic, he coached the 18 and under Dominican National Baseball team. He prides himself on being a mentor to the young men he coaches, even assisting one in obtaining a full scholarship to West Point. Greg maintains long term relationships with his former players and their families and is recognized for his mentorship in their lives. His focus on advancing youth can also be seen in his volunteer work with Junior Achievement.

Crystal Suazo, CPA, Partner

Crystal Suazo, CPA, is a partner at Reagan Madison Inc, where she is part of the core management team that oversees the organization's day-to-day business operations in addition to playing an integral role in business development and strategic planning for the firm. She is responsible for heading up the Accounting and Finance division at Reagan Madison and has lived in the area for more than 25 years.

Crystal earned her Bachelor of Science degree (Cum Laude) with a major in accounting and minor in trust management from Campbell University.  She began her career working in the manufacturing industry focusing on cost accounting and inventory control.  She joined public accounting in 1999 and worked for a local firm handling tax, trust and estate compliance, and business development.

Active in the local community, Crystal's professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA) where she has served as a cabinet member and social chair for the Young CPA Cabinet. She is also involved in the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce's EDGE4 campaign and sits on the Chambers Member Services Board. Crystal is graduate of the Leadership Raleigh Class 27, is the class Chair for Leadership Raleigh Class 28, and served on the Leadership Raleigh Board as well as the Board of Directors at the Raleigh Chamber. She is the former President of the Triangle chapter of the American Society of Women Accountants (ASWA) and received their Excellence in Accounting and Finance Award in 2012.

A prior Board Chair and Executive Committee member for Triangle Family Services, she previously served as co-chair for the organization's Annual Gingerbread Benefit. She currently serves on the Development Committee for StepUp Ministries and is a Board Member for Hillsborough Christian Academy. Crystal was recognized as one of the Triangle's top 25 businesswomen in 2008 with Triangle Business Journal's prestigious Women in Business Award for her exemplary leadership skills in the mentoring category as well as receiving a 40 under 40 award in 2012.

Cristen Vaughn McHenry, Director of Recruiting

Cristen Vaughn McHenry is the Director of Recruiting at Reagan Madison Inc. where she is responsible for managing relationships with job seeking candidates in the marketplace.  She has over 11 years of recruiting experience both on the internal corporate side as well as external industry recruiting.  She specializes in a variety of industry placements, including accounting and finance, biotechnology and pharmaceutical, information technology, construction, and more.

Cristen attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance in 2006 and a Master's of Science Degree in Accounting in 2008.  She originally began her career in 2006 as a Financial Representative for Northwestern Mutual Financial Network and assisted clients with their overall financial plans and goals.  In 2008, she joined public accounting and worked for the largest regional public accounting firm in Raleigh, NC as a Tax Accountant where she worked with many different companies and individuals in assisting them with their tax service needs.  In 2010, she made a career change to become a Recruiter and has been strengthening her skills in talent acquisition ever since.

An active networker in her community, Cristen is involved in many organizations and events.  The Junior League of Raleigh (JLR) is one of her top community involvements, and she has been an active member for over 10 years.  JLR is a member-based organization of women with a three-fold mission-- to promote voluntarism, to develop the potential of woman, and to improve the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.

MiKayla Reid, Director of Accounts

MiKayla Reid is the Director of Accounts at Reagan Madison where she is responsible for developing and managing positive relationships with clients, as their main point of contact throughout the process. MiKayla earned her Bachelor's Degree from Western Michigan University, and later relocated to the Triangle in 2018. She began her career in Development in the nonprofit industry while she lived in Michigan and continued down that path while building new relationships and networks after moving to the Raleigh area. In February 2021, MiKayla transferred her development and relational skills to a new industry when she joined the Reagan Madison team.

MiKayla remains active in the community through volunteering, networking, and committee memberships. She has been an active member of the Raleigh Chamber Young Professional's Network (YPN) since 2019. She is also on the YoPro committee of the Triangle-based nonprofit StepUp Ministry, which assists individuals who are unemployed and facing barriers such as criminal backgrounds, to find employment, successfully reenter society and support themselves and/or their families. When MiKayla is not working or volunteering, you might find her at a local gym where she teaches dance fitness classes on evenings and weekends!
